As the Optical Center Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and commitment to providing high-quality optical care will be essential to achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of sales operations, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee center management, including order processing, inventory control, and stock optimization within budget constraints.
  • Develop and implement staff schedules that effectively meet the needs of the center.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of optical professionals to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
  • Provide expert optical services, including customer consultations and eye exams, ensuring patient satisfaction and well-being.
