Lead and Manage a Thriving Optical Center

Écouter Voir is seeking a dedicated and experienced Optical Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our optical center. As the manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service, driving profitability, and fostering a positive team environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing expert advice on eyewear, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns effectively.
  • Sales Excellence: Drive sales growth through product knowledge, effective communication, and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage all aspects of the optical center's operations, including inventory control, procurement, scheduling, and financial reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate, train, and develop a team of opticians to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals.
