Your Role: Human Resources Project Specialist - Payroll & Leave ManagementWithin the Human Resources Department of Technip Energies France, you will join the HR Services Delivery team and contribute to various Payroll and Leave Management projects. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks:
- Actively participate in all project phases, including acceptance testing for new tools such as an ATM system, international mobility platform, Onboarding/Crossboarding/Offboarding processes, and the implementation of new company agreements across various entities.
- Collaborate with CORE HR teams to ensure data quality improvement through Data Cleansing initiatives.
- Develop PowerBI reports for concise reporting on absences and payroll items.
- Draft Change Requests for system modifications and enhancements.
- Monitor the progress of Payroll and Leave Management mini-projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.
- Provide support to IT teams in monitoring interfaces and managing error logs related to HR systems.
- Assist the HR Services Delivery team in managing and reviewing access permissions for local applications within France.
You are pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Your strong analytical skills, coupled with fluency in English, enable you to effectively structure and model concepts.
As a highly motivated and results-oriented individual, you possess excellent teamwork skills and a proactive approach. You are adaptable, self-directed, and demonstrate strong communication and synthesis abilities.
During your apprenticeship, you will receive guidance and support from a dedicated mentor to ensure your professional development and success within the company.
