Job Title: Production Excellence Coach
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Excellence Coach to join our team at SPIE Oil & Gas Services Qatar LLC. As a Production Excellence Coach, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of excellence in production operations, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve and maintain a high level of competence in production operations
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of production operators
- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions
- Collaborate with the site management team to ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in the development of new training modules and materials
Requirements:
- Supervisor level or equivalent qualification
- 10 years of practical experience in operations
- Experience in offshore environment as a minimum
- Certified as a Trainer
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
