Production Excellence Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Excellence Coach to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a culture of excellence in production operations, ensuring that all personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production personnel
- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps
- Collaborate with site management to ensure that all training programs are aligned with business objectives
- Provide coaching and mentoring to production personnel to help them develop their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A supervisor-level qualification or equivalent
- At least 10 years of practical experience in operations
- Experience in offshore environments
- Training certification (e.g. Training for Trainer)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
