We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Learning Designer and E-Learning Content Integrator to join our team at Automotive Cells Company - ACC. As a key member of our CSR Culture and Social Impact team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging e-learning content and integrating it into our training modules.
Key Responsibilities:- Update existing CSR training content by restructuring and modifying chapters on responsible sourcing and carbon footprint, in collaboration with in-house experts.
- Integrate raw content and exploit resources such as images, infographics, videos, and sound effects.
- Generate and integrate voiceovers and sound effects for modules.
- Create infographics for integration into e-learning modules.
- Contribute to improving the ergonomics of current training by developing a module template on Genial.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in educational engineering, digital engineering, or multimedia/communication.
- Previous experience in educational design, multimedia, and graphic creation.
- Passion for training and familiarity with the digital world.
- Proficiency in Genial instructional design software.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, PPT, etc.) and UI/UX design.
- Knowledge of how an LMS tool works is a plus.
- Organizational skills and notions of project management to meet deadlines.
- Team spirit and curiosity, ability to work with business experts, listening to internal customers.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Self-motivated and autonomous.
