We are seeking a highly skilled Security Expert Lead to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies to protect our infrastructure and data from emerging threats.
- Lead technical projects to design and deploy new cybersecurity solutions, ensuring they align with our technology framework and architecture patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into project development and life cycles, improving and optimizing our Security Policy.
- Assess and challenge vulnerabilities, providing risk-based insights to business stakeholders and ensuring remediation actions are implemented.
- Provide expert advice to project and business stakeholders on security challenges and recommendations.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in information security. You will have a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and significant experience in information security, including information risk approach and risks analysis.
You will be fluent in English and have a working knowledge of French. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
