Missions
  • Apporter une vision de la gestion du contrat sur les termes et conditions du contrat en cours de négociation finale.
  • Lancer les premières activités de gestion de contrat après l'attribution du contrat, en attendant que le gestionnaire de contrat soit mobilisé à plein temps (révision du contrat, matrice de déroulement, procédure d'ordre de modification).
  • Assister le gestionnaire de contrat pour l'exécution du projet (activité à long terme).
  • Gestion des ordres de modification/variation
  • Gestion des correspondances avec le client
  • Gestion des interfaces avec l'équipe chargée des achats et de la sous-traitance pour l'exercice d'écoulement (back to back)
  • Le cas échéant, fournir un soutien et des recommandations à la direction pour une gestion contractuelle réussie des projets.
  • Effectuer des analyses contractuelles sur des sujets spécifiques, à la demande de la direction.
  • Tenir la ligne hiérarchique directe (chef de la gestion des contrats) informée de l'avancement du projet et signaler les sujets de préoccupation.

Issu d'une formation Bac + 5 avec une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans le contract management sur des projets internationaux dans l'industrie.

Domaine d'expertise en : Gestion des contrats avec le client Industrie du pétrole et du gaz, centrales électriques, capture du carbone est un plus Projets EPC Maitrise de l'anglais indispensable.
