About the Role:
As a pioneer in the German market, you will have the opportunity to shape the Sales Outbound Expert role and establish your career path. This position allows you to lay the groundwork for Bigblue's presence in Germany and play a crucial role in our growth strategy by identifying champions and decision-makers within target companies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to provide valuable insights into emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the Growth, Marketing, and Partnerships team to identify and research relevant sales targets within specific verticals and customer segments.
- Develop a deep understanding of prospect motivations, challenges, and buying behavior to tailor engagement strategies effectively.
- Design and execute outbound prospecting campaigns, leveraging all communication channels to generate leads on well-identified niche markets and achieve your monthly new revenue quota.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and resource.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, growth, or digital marketing roles.
- Data-driven & process-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using email automation tools and LinkedIn for lead generation.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Native French/German speaker with professional level in English.
