- Technical Innovation Support: Contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies that enhance aluminum production processes.
- Service Solutions Implementation: Promote, prescribe, and oversee the implementation of customized technical services worldwide, such as maintenance, customer training, product modernization, and upgrades.
- Commercial Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities within the service sector and propose tailored solutions to clients and prospects globally.
- Technical Expertise & Auditing: Conduct thorough audits, assessments, commissioning procedures, and generate comprehensive technical reports.
- Customer Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback on technical product experiences and identify areas for improvement within our service offerings.
- Data Management & Support: Maintain accurate records of the installed base of equipment and utilize CRM systems effectively. Provide technical support to the sales team.
- Pricing & Value Selling: Ensure accuracy in sales pricing and transfer pricing structures. Develop service offerings tailored to specific segments and apply value-selling principles.
As a key member of the Services Department, you will report directly to the Services Director.
We are seeking an individual with a strong engineering background or equivalent experience (Bac+5). You possess extensive industrial experience and expertise in technical costing, auditing techniques, and service delivery.
Your fluency in English and proven ability to navigate multicultural environments will enable you to effectively collaborate with our international clientele.
