Senior Solution Consultant for B2B E-Procurement

At Amazon Business Professional Services, we are dedicated to helping our business customers succeed in their purchasing and procurement processes. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Consultant to join our team in Paris.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with senior-level customers (CPO, CFO, CTO) to assess their business and technical requirements, diving deep into their purchase-to-pay processes and systems.
  • Advise customers on how to best leverage Amazon Business solutions to achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape innovative approaches to solve customer issues and present solutions to Amazon leadership.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on the most suitable Amazon Business solutions, leveraging your knowledge of procurement and Amazon Business features.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Fluency in French and English language.
  • Italian or Spanish language proficiency.
