Notre entreprise recherche un(e) Regional Sales Manager Ouest France, (H/F) pour renforcer ses équipes et poursuivre l'activité de distribution de composants électroniques d'Arrow en France. La personne sélectionnée pour ce rôle soutiendra l'équipe des ventes dans l'adoption d'une nouvelle approche sur le marché. Le rôle sera idéal pour un manager créatif et axé sur les défis, expert dans la gestion du changement et dans l'accompagnement des employés à travers celui-ci.

Vous travaillerez conformément à la vision et aux valeurs d'Arrow, en atteignant les objectifs communs.

Responsabilités:
  • Vous serez responsable de la marque de l'entreprise tout en maintenant la part de marché et le poste de direction sur notre marché.
  • Guider l'équipe dans sa globalité, diriger et soutenir les employés et garantir que les objectifs seront tenus.
  • Soutenir et adopter le "go-to-market" et gérer efficacement l'équipe tout au long de ce processus.
  • Assumer l'entière responsabilité de tous les KPI de vente pour la France.
  • Collaborer avec d'autres gestionnaires et dirigeants régionaux pour le partage d'idées et adopter des solutions de la manière la plus efficace.

Compétences requises:
  • Vous êtes un responsable régional ou national avec une expérience réussie dans la gestion d'équipe de plus de 20 personnes.
  • Apprenant rapidement, vous avez la capacité d'adopter votre style et votre approche dans un nouvel environnement de travail.
  • Capacité de prendre des responsabilités et d'opérer avec succès sur un marché hautement compétitif et dynamique.
  • Dynamique et agile, vous pouvez changer d'approche et tester de nouvelles façons de faire les choses pour obtenir le meilleur résultat possible.
  • Vous savez gérer les priorités et travailler sur plusieurs tâches à la fois.
  • Expérience dans la distribution de composants électroniques ou sur le marché électronique est vivement souhaitée.
