At Accor, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to promote our F&B offerings, identifying and targeting potential clients and markets to generate new business, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote Nourish, Khum Hom, Rim Klong Cafe, and Bittersweet.
- Identify and target potential clients and markets to generate new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
- Organize and participate in sales events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
