Join Our Team as a Group Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage large group sales leads, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales leads, ensuring accurate reporting and data analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Group Sales Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
