About the Role
We are seeking a creative and experienced leader to join our global, pan-European R&D and Product Management Center. As a Digital Healthcare Solutions Leader, you will be responsible for leading an engineering team and managing and growing engineers in your agile team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead an engineering team and manage and grow engineers in your agile team.
- Use your analytical and problem-solving skills to draw business deliveries into engineering tasks and help your team deliver.
- Be a passionate people leader with empathy and a good communicator who can translate business language to engineering language.
- Have a good understanding of agile principles and working in agile teams.
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of professional experience with some experience in people leadership roles.
- Have a good experience with Java11+, cloud native technologies, and CI/CD concepts.
- Have good knowledge of Angular 11+, Quarkus/Spring boot, Open stack, K8s, and API first approach.
- Have leadership experience and can coordinate the workflow of the team and communicate outside the team with other stakeholders.
- If you've worked in healthcare or related fields, this will be a plus.
- Your personal strengths include your reliability and your ability to self-correct, in addition, you would like to use your broad spectrum of experience to act as a mentor for colleagues.
- Your ability to work in a team and your very good communication and writing skills in English (C1) complete your profile.
