As we advance our next-generation Digital Ambulatory Care Solutions, we are expanding our global R&D and Product Management Center across Europe. We seek imaginative thinkers and collaborative team members who excel in Agile methodologies, thrive on technical challenges, can work across various functions, and are eager to grow professionally while contributing to a diverse workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and nurture an engineering team, fostering growth and collaboration within your Agile unit.
- Utilize your analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business objectives into engineering tasks, guiding your team towards successful delivery.
- Exhibit passionate leadership with a focus on empathy and team development.
- Communicate effectively, bridging the gap between business terminology and engineering concepts.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Agile principles and practices within team dynamics.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including roles in leadership.
- Proficient in Java 11+, cloud-native technologies, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Familiarity with Angular 11+, Quarkus/Spring Boot, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and an API-first approach.
- Proven leadership experience, capable of coordinating team workflows and engaging with external stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare or related sectors is advantageous.
- Personal attributes include reliability, self-correction, and a desire to mentor colleagues with your extensive experience.
- Strong teamwork abilities and excellent communication skills in English (C1) are essential. Please submit your CV in English.
