As we expand our next-generation Digital Ambulatory Care Solutions, we are seeking inventive thinkers and collaborative team members who thrive in Agile environments, enjoy tackling technical challenges, and are eager to grow professionally while contributing to a diverse workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and nurture an engineering team by effectively managing and developing engineers within your Agile team.
- Utilize your analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business objectives into engineering tasks, guiding your team towards successful delivery.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities with a focus on empathy and team dynamics.
- Communicate effectively, bridging the gap between business terminology and engineering concepts.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including some exposure to leadership roles.
- Proficient in Java 11+, cloud-native technologies, and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with Angular 11+, Quarkus/Spring Boot, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and an API-first approach.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coordinate team workflows and liaise with external stakeholders.
- Experience in the healthcare sector or related fields is advantageous.
- Personal attributes such as reliability and a commitment to self-improvement, alongside a desire to mentor colleagues.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and excellent communication and writing skills in English (C1 level) are essential. Please submit your CV in English.
