Job Title: Product Manager for Contacting Experience

About the Role:

The Product Manager for Contacting Experience will play a pivotal role in shaping the contacting experience for Seekers at Aviv Group. This individual will focus on creating and enhancing experiences that drive user conversion, ensuring that Seekers are able to unlock their perfect place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage commercial acumen and product skills to seamlessly connect Seekers to their perfect place and further growth;
  • Lead high-impact conversion optimization initiatives, partner closely with teams across Aviv Group, and drive measurable business impact;
  • Bring new contacting/lead generation experiences and initiatives to market, scope them to their smallest coherent state to test/ship as early as possible;
  • Constantly evaluate if solutions have solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures, both in testing and after full release;
  • Define and own the roadmap, align it with Aviv Group's strategy, OKRs, and targets;
  • Continuously monitor and analyze core KPIs, adjusting to balance company revenue, B2C user engagement, and B2B customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in high-traffic B2C products;
  • Ability to seamlessly go into detail about an idea with engineers, context switch to explain the overall idea to a stakeholder, and then context switch again to explain the priority/sequencing of the idea to senior management;
  • Desire to be in a high-ownership, high-visibility role, comfortable with both getting hands dirty and driving cross-team initiatives while having a strong sense of stakeholder management;
  • Entrepreneurial, fast, and highly motivated, with a commercial-mindset, understanding business levers, and being outcome-oriented, aside from being data-driven and analytical;
  • English fluent (C2 or native).
