Natural Products Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager for Natural Products to join our team at DSM. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving business strategy, market analysis, and sales for our natural products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue for our natural products
  • Lead market analysis and research to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry
  • 5+ years of experience in natural products, preferably with an understanding of the fragrance industry
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to drive results and build high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies
