Job Title: Front Desk Manager

Accor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk operations, including coordinating with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of front office staff to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Monitor and control departmental expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and forecast.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals, coaching, and counseling to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous senior leadership experience in front office operations.
  • University/College degree in a related discipline.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A solid understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles.
