Executive Recruiter for C-Level Executive Roles

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Believe. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier executive talent for our organization.
Responsibilities:- Work in collaboration with the Talent Management team to map the succession plans for the Executive Committee (ExCo) and their critical N-1 positions.
- Conduct comprehensive searches to identify and engage with top-tier executive candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of executive talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with executive hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand organizational goals, culture, and specific executive requirements.
- Proven experience in executive-level recruitment, with a track record of successfully placing high-caliber executives.
- Knowledge and experience of executive search methodologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders.
