Job Overview
As a key member of our Financial Shared Services team, you will be responsible for managing the Order To Cash (OTC) process in Europe and Australia. This involves working closely with our third-party service provider and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, process standardization, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary OTC process contact in Europe, connecting with upstream and downstream teams to drive process standardization and issue resolution.
- Partner with our 3rd party business partner to monitor and review results, ensuring process accuracy, efficiency, and internal control.
- Rapidly capture changes in business operations and provide guidance on the right processes and procedures.
- Proactively coordinate with all parties to resolve escalated issues.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to derive business results and optimize core working capital.
- Build functional excellence across OTC processes to continuously improve metrics.
- Develop sustainable solutions for identified control gaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Strong OTC end-to-end process knowledge.
- Exposure to people management.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and agile.
- Shared Service organization experience.
- Customer-first and process improvement-driven mindset.
- Ability to question, recommend, influence, and lead process changes.
