Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support Technician Level 2 to join our team. As a Support Technician, you will be responsible for handling all user requests via our ITSM tool, advising and assisting users until their satisfaction, and promoting security standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all user requests via the ITSM tool (incidents, requests)
- Advise and assist users until their satisfaction
- Assist and advise users on security matters (backups, passwords, antivirus)
- Promote security standards and procedures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical ability, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
