Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our international talent team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will ensure smooth talent acquisition processes, focusing on data accuracy and efficiency. You will manage the entire recruitment cycle for specific roles, collaborating with hiring managers and candidates to build strong relationships and hire top talent.
Responsibilities- Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews, ensuring interviewers have all necessary materials and information prior to interviews.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while ensuring quality and attention to detail.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in our Applicant Tracking system, adhering to local and global requirements, including GDPR.
- Communicate with candidates professionally and be responsive to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in sourcing active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics.
- Generate, analyze, and report on quarterly recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights to help improve processes.
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with proven experience managing and reporting on recruiting metrics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort working with a globally distributed team.
- High degree of comfort with ambiguity.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset, with a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and collaborate across teams seamlessly.
- Strong work ethic. Proactive, highly motivated, and self-directed with great time management skills.
