Your Role: Group Internal Financial Control Manager - Solvency 2
Within the Group Risk Management department, you will lead the Group Internal Financial Control (IFC) Solvency 2 team. This role is crucial for ensuring the effectiveness of AXA's internal control framework over its Solvency 2 internal model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Implementation and Assurance: Oversee the implementation of the IFC Solvency 2 framework at both corporate and entity levels, ensuring adherence to timelines, instructions, and reporting requirements. Provide assurance to top management regarding the quality of controls based on independent assessments.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including internal teams and external auditors, regarding Solvency 2-related matters. Effectively communicate complex information and collaborate to achieve shared objectives.
- Risk Mitigation and Compliance: Identify and assess potential risks associated with the Solvency 2 framework. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize these risks and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and develop a team of skilled professionals dedicated to maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of AXA's Solvency 2 control environment.
Your Profile:
