About the Role

SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join its team in Cergy (95). As an international subsidiary of the SPIE Group, we operate across the entire energy production infrastructure value chain, from design to maintenance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working according to internal processes and behaving in accordance with the Business Code of Ethics
  • Proposing the Bidders List based on Company and approved Suppliers
  • Issuing RFQs to Bidders and performing commercial and contractual analysis
  • Finalising the bid summary and making recommendations to the Project Managers
  • Performing commercial negotiation and ensuring the best deal
  • Preparing and submitting the Supplier Commitment Approval for review and approval by the Budget Holder
  • Consolidating all Commercial Bid evaluation and following supplier creation as per company rules in the procurement system

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in the oil and gas sector or a similar industry (multi-site management)
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
