About the Role:

SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiation
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
  • Conduct commercial and contractual analysis to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on procurement activities and spend analysis

Requirements:

  • Experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
