Assistant Marketing Global Brand Activation Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our Global Marketing team in an exciting, pioneering, and growing organization. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives business growth and supports our regions and markets in their activations.
You will work closely with the Senior Brand Activation Manager and other internal partners to support the implementation of the annual brand activation calendar, execute collaborations between Transitions and other EssilorLuxottica brands, and analyze business performance. You will also be the interface with regions, coordinating weekly calls and following up on next steps.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of the annual brand activation calendar, including defining the Transitions brand retail plan and ensuring a premium execution of the 360° marketing plan.
- Support the execution of collaborations between Transitions and other EssilorLuxottica brands, including defining and implementing collaboration plans and liaising with other global brand teams.
- Analyze business performance, including monitoring sales and growth per region and preparing monthly business review presentations.
- Be the interface with regions, coordinating weekly calls and following up on next steps.
- You are currently preparing a Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Management and are looking for a one or two-year apprenticeship contract.
- A previous internship or professional experience in marketing is a strong asset.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Pack.
- Fluent in English is essential, and French is a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, enabling you to interact with a wide range of people.
