Global Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the global launch of major innovations and activations for our lenses brand, Stellest.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize the value proposition of Stellest products and brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth and commercial impact in markets.
- Lead regular exchanges with regional or local marketing and sales teams to ensure best practices are shared.
- Identify consumer needs and new trends, and assess market opportunities and needs.
- Monitor competitive intelligence and analyze competing offers.
- Develop and validate Stellest innovations and create internal project documents.
- Define Stellest product marketing mix in line with defined strategies.
- Support and monitor Stellest market launches worldwide.
- Master's degree in International Marketing or related field.
- At least 4 years' experience in leading innovation, developing new product concepts, and positioning in an international and multicultural environment.
- Excellent understanding of the complete marketing mix and ability to build a consumer approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide variety of upstream and downstream partners.
- Fluent in English.
