Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kids' Club Supervisor to join our team at Accor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Kids' Club is clean and well-organized at all times, supervising and controlling groups of children, and assisting in the training and evaluation of colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the Kids' Club is clean and in impeccable order at all times.
Supervise, organize, and control groups of children up to capacity with appropriate staff.
Assist in training, supervision, and evaluations of Kids' Club colleagues.
Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with the Kids' Club team.
Tracks and receives supplies and ensure they are readily available for Kids' Club colleagues.
Actively manage fiscal responsibilities; including but not limited to:
Track payroll, revenue, and expense budgets.
Submit profit and loss statements to management.
Create and process check requests for vendors.
Complete billing.
Organize, arrange, and oversee all Kids Club Special events.
Birthday parties.
Holiday events (Halloween, Easter, Christmas Gala).
Organize Kids Club activity calendar, assist team in developing, evaluating, and improving activities.
Appropriately communicate with parents and addresses member concerns.
Communicate with staff, upper management, and interdepartmental managers to facilitate Kids' Club events.
Attend weekly leadership meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and/or previous leadership experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years' experience in the child care industry.
Minimum 1 year experience in management.
CPR and First Aid certification required.
University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Highly responsible and reliable.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Physical Aspects:
Frequent standing and walking throughout shift.
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, sitting.
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
Hourly Rate: 25.89 USD Gross per hour
