About the Role

Murex is a global fintech leader in trading, risk management, and processing solutions for capital markets. As a Services Presales Expert, you will play a critical role in the sales process, collaborating with sales teams, client managers, and Presales colleagues to acquire new accounts and expand existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify new opportunities with the sales team, participate in RFI/RFP responses, and formulate Murex answers.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations of the MX.3 services to prospects and existing customers.
  • Provide feedback to Murex' Service Offer (SO) and Instance Lifecycle (ILC) teams on opportunity status, including gaps, risks, and areas of concern.
  • Industrialize the activity to bring massive productivity gains to Presales worldwide, synchronizing with regional service presales teams and continuously improving presales quality.
  • Perform internal training for domain members and new colleagues.
  • Work with the Murex Go-to-Market (GTM) & Marketing teams to promote new services and extensions of existing solutions.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Murex's professional services and/or managed services, or a solution architect profile.
  • Experience in one or more of the following topics: MXplus, MXGO, MXevolve – UaaS; MXevolve – CI; SaaS; MX.3 functional architecture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility with high motivation.
  • Willingness to travel, with typical travel amounts to no more than a few days per month.
