Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts in the Northern France region, understanding their business needs and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the region, including new customer acquisition and upselling/cross-selling to existing accounts, and develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong and trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in customer organizations, conducting regular meetings, presentations, and business reviews to understand their evolving needs and provide value-added solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within the HVAC industry, with a strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented and proactive approach.
  • Fluent in French with excellent English language skills.
