Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team with administrative duties, including clerical tasks, account management, presentation preparation, and customer follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain sales files in an organized fashion and adhere to specified standards.
- Answer phones, qualify incoming inquiry calls, and ensure all inquiries are handled accurately, timely, and professionally.
- Assist managers on creative projects, including proposals, contracts, special events, VIP arrivals, site inspections, and more.
- Maintain timely and effective paper flow and communication within the department and to other departments.
- Assist guests and clients with small changes requests and complete necessary paperwork for managers.
- Maintain constant paper flow of thank-you letters for groups/functions and distribute accordingly to departments and maintain in files.
- Monitor and order office supplies and sales collateral.
- Organize in-house deliveries, amenities, welcome letters, transportation schedules, and more as needed.
- Maintain organization of office files and entries into Envision system on a daily basis.
- Assist in coordinating client needs and client events.
- Represent yourself and the hotel with the highest level of integrity and professionalism, a service-focused approach, and a caring, sincere attitude at all times.
- Exhibit a positive and involved team attitude to all hotel departments and maintain open communication with all coworkers for the best overall performance of the hotel.
- Attend different department meetings to ensure proper execution and contract details are adhered to.
