Keep an updated catalog of equipment and directories for various systems. Participate in the emergency response team as directed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, preferably within a luxury hotel environment. Relevant technical or trade certification is required. Proficient in all aspects of building operations, including high-pressure steam boilers, HVAC systems, air compressors, gas distribution lines, heaters, pumps, valves, and general handyman skills. Ability to utilize all standard repair tools, interpret shop drawings and specifications, and estimate required materials accurately. Strong communication skills are essential. Must demonstrate creativity, practicality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements of the Position (include but are not limited to):
Standing and walking throughout the shift. Lifting, carrying, kneeling, pushing, and pulling as necessary. Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps. Additional InformationVisa Requirements: Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
