About the Role

The Agency Development Agent will play a key role in driving business growth and improving commercial performance within the Distribution Nord-est team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Agents General to deploy new products, tools, and services within the agency.
  • Design and deliver commercial actions aligned with the QUAD framework, including in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Monitor and report on commercial activity and agent performance, sharing insights with the IC team.
  • Coach agency staff to enhance their skills and competencies, including sales techniques and customer service.
  • Animate training programs for Agents General and their teams.
About You

The ideal candidate will have experience in agency management and a strong understanding of commercial development strategies.
