CDA - Commercial Development Coordinator

The Agency Development Agent will play a key role in supporting the Agency Network and Commercial Leadership in improving the commercial approach and implementing new methods, tools, and services.
Key Responsibilities- Install and promote the use of contact management tools and techniques to maximize opportunities.
- Support Agency Managers in deploying and anchoring new products, tools, and services within the agency (e-business, Amplitude, e-signature, CRM).
- Implement commercial actions in line with the QUAD via in-person or remote, collective or individual animations.
- Monitor and report on commercial actions and agent activity, sharing information with the IC.
- Coach agency staff in skills development (appointment setting, sales approach, and techniques).
- Animate initial and ongoing training programs for Agency Managers and their staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience in field-based roles, specifically in animating Agencies.
