Position: Business Improvement Support Apprentice
Within our Projects & Operations (P&O) division, your responsibilities will focus on enhancing the efficiency of multiple disciplines, including Project Management, Project Controls, Commercial, Fabrication, and Operations.
Your primary duties will encompass:
- Overseeing the inventory of P&O tools and methodologies
- Facilitating awareness and utilization of Processes & Tools within the P&O community
- Collaborating with the Business Improvement community to synchronize organizational initiatives
- Evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Proposing enhancements for operational improvement
- Drafting and reviewing documentation regarding new methods and tools
- Assisting in the implementation of initiatives
Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master's degree or are graduates from engineering schools with a concentration in Project/Business Management, looking for a one-year work-study contract. Proficiency in English is preferred, alongside a background in Data Management/Visualization. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities are essential.
