Aixial Group is looking for an Events Global Process Manager to take on the following responsibilities:
- Oversee and sustain the quality management system processes for CHC, which includes drafting using established templates, uploading documents, and initiating the approval workflow.
- Develop relevant job aids to facilitate processes.
- Lead the definition of processes, working closely with key stakeholders, Business System leads, and digital specialists to enhance process efficiency through simplification and standardization.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for standardization, optimization, and rationalization of processes.
- Act as a Business Process Owner, collaborating with the Business System Owner and global Digital Product Owners.
- Engage with essential stakeholders across various departments (medical, R&D, marketing, finance, E&BI, internal control, etc.).
- Manage cross-functional operational governance and excellence.
- Prepare documentation for audits and inspections.
- Review, approve, or reject requests for process modifications.
- Collaborate with Client and Vendor teams to align business objectives, resources, and project planning.
- Coordinate with Vendor Project Managers to identify necessary workflows to meet project goals.
- Serve as a reference for change management.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
Your qualifications:
- Possess a master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Exhibit strong skills in collaboration, conceptualization, and innovation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams with a strong team spirit.
- Proven ability to drive change within a global organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management capabilities.
- Experience in managing Vendors and external Business Partners.
- Skills in conflict resolution, decision-making, and negotiation.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and respect for others.
- Proficient in professional English (reading, speaking, writing).
