Regional Sales Manager

At Regeneron, we're committed to transforming lives through innovative medicines. As a Regional Sales Manager - Respiratory Immunology, you'll lead our sales team in the Paris & Eastern Region, driving growth and accelerating the adoption of our life-changing therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand Regeneron's reputation and relationships with Key Healthcare Professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of regional and local account plans.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Regeneron's products and therapies, providing insights and guidance to the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales management, with a strong background in Immunology and Pulmonology.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with Key Healthcare Professionals.
- Fluency in French, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture.
- Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license.
