Acuity Brands is seeking a Senior Director Strategic Sourcing to drive strategic initiatives supporting the company's accelerated growth. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management roles. Key responsibilities include shaping the strategic direction of the organization's supply chain, developing solutions for commercial growth, driving margin enhancement, and delivering on key integration business performance metrics. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the sourcing and Integrated Business Planning personnel, and will act as a Supply Chain center of excellence providing recommendations and collaborating with other functions in support of their strategy. Additionally, the candidate will participate in the design and execution of the global footprint strategy to support international expansion efforts, drive the supply chain's digital transformation, and establish and maintain a robust system for data collection, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making, and will be bilingual in French and English.
