Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and define user requirements
  • Support the modeling of operational workflows
  • Assist in drafting user specifications
Software Setup, Training, and Assistance:
  • Lead pre-configuration workshops
  • Configure applications and offer user assistance
  • Organize and deliver software training sessions

Software Evaluation and Acceptance:
