Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Aubergenville, France. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, supporting operational teams, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support operational teams with HR-related matters, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Contribute to business growth by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage employee data, including time and attendance, absences, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement health and safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, social security, and benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
