Global Account Director Lead

This role is a perfect fit for experienced professionals in the real estate sector who are looking to take on new challenges. As a Global Account Director, you will be responsible for managing relationships with large French and multinational companies through framework contracts.
The position involves complex projects/missions that require autonomy, as well as identifying growth opportunities for JLL within your accounts. You will also be expected to develop and sell commercial proposals, monitor and work towards achieving business and financial objectives, and take responsibility for budget management.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 10 years of professional experience in the real estate sector, as well as excellent commercial skills and great interpersonal intelligence. Impactful communication within JLL and with its clients is essential, as is the ability to deliver tangible results and demonstrate a spirit of initiative and teamwork.
You should also possess good analytical and financial skills, and fluency in English is required. Other languages are desired but not necessary.
Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated offers an attractive salary package, including a competitive base salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. On-site location: Paris, FRA.
