Mirakl is a global leader in platform business innovation, empowering retail and b2b enterprises with the most advanced, secure, and scalable technology to digitize and expand product assortment through marketplace and dropship, improve efficiency in supplier catalog management and payments, personalize shopping experiences, and boost profits through retail media.

We are looking for a high-energy, creative, team-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to support our rapid growth.

Your Role:
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide financial leadership and guidance to the organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Budget and Forecasting Management: Pilot and coordinate the budgeting and reforecasting process for all global Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments.
  • Performance Metrics: Build financial reporting and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Revenue Optimization and Cost Control: Oversee and enhance revenue streams to align with company objectives and monitor cost control measures to boost financial performance.
  • Business Partnering and Analysis: Partner with top management leaders, providing analysis and strategic insights to increase impact on business performance.
  • Team and Process Management: Manage and mentor a team of business controllers, ensuring effective support for key departments.
Your Profile:
  • Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, or university, with a specialization in finance.
  • 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization.
  • Proficient in financial modeling.
  • Structured, organized, resourceful, and rigorous person.
  • Experience with process automation and the use of advanced analytics tools.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with various departments.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Experience with Anaplan, NetSuite, and Alteryx is a plus.
  • A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
  • Fluency in French and English required, as well as exposure to an international environment.
