Role Overview

The Technical Executive plays a crucial role in defining and executing account strategies in collaboration with Sales Experts. This involves leading technical execution from lead generation to successful implementation, aligning with the Value Engagement Framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies in partnership with Sales Experts
  • Lead technical execution of projects, ensuring alignment with the Value Engagement Framework
  • Collaborate with customers to maximize the value of Industry Solutions portfolio
  • Drive business transformation by re-engineering processes and addressing customer needs
  • Coordinate group projects and activities to achieve customer goals and company commitments

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to drive results
  • Excellent communication skills, including C-Level interactions
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of industry processes and Industry Solutions portfolio
  • Pre-sales and project delivery experience
  • Ability to activate internal networks and drive company ecosystem
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English for effective communication
