Position Overview
The role involves identifying and nurturing new business prospects through networking, partnerships, and self-initiated opportunities. Implement proactive prospecting strategies to engage key decision-makers within potential client organizations. Take charge of the complete sales process, including post-sale and implementation phases. Negotiate pricing and service scope with prospective clients. Complete necessary sales documentation and finalize client service agreements. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.

Key Responsibilities

The primary functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Generate new business within assigned territory
  • Analyze, plan, and implement products and services tailored to client needs
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and broker practices
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Manage renewal proposals and processes for existing clients
  • Prepare executive summaries for client presentations
  • Schedule regular meetings with clients to address inquiries and concerns during implementation
  • Collect data to guide and inform product and service offerings, marketing, and sales strategies
  • Develop lead generation strategies and utilize CRM (Salesforce) for activity tracking
  • Take responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all services for assigned clients
  • Participate in monthly consulting meetings and provide training and coaching for staff

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma
