Missions clés :

L'assistant event manager f/h sera chargé de soutenir la Responsable Event dans la planification et l'organisation d'événements divers (activation concerts et/ou festivals, événements de marque, etc.).

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la Responsable Event pour :

  • Coordonner les aspects logistiques des événements (réservations de lieux, transport, hébergement).
  • Participer à la définition des besoins en termes de matériel et de personnel pour les événements.
  • Participer à l'écriture des recommandations pour les besoins des appels d'offre.
  • Aider à la gestion des inscriptions et des invitations.
  • Participer aux réunions de débriefing et proposer des axes d'amélioration pour les futurs événements.

Missions complémentaires :

L'assistant event manager f/h sera également responsable de :

  • Coordonner la stratégie de communication externe pour maximiser l'impact des annonces et développer les relations public & presse.
  • Suivre et livrer les outils de communication : communiqués de presse, affiches, déclinaisons prints et web, spots radio et TV.
  • Optimiser la communication interne pour favoriser les échanges entre les équipes.
  • Suivre les opérations médias et mettre en place des opérations concours.
  • Récupérer et envoyer les assets auprès des agents, labels et intervenants.
  • Suivre les relais des artistes et intervenants, relancer et faire du reporting.
  • Gérer le listing des invités en lien avec la direction, suivre et dispatcher les quotas d'accréditations.
  • Collaborer avec le service billetterie Live Nation pour la mise en place et la livraison des assets et textes pour les mises en avant billetterie.
  • Suivre la création, l'impression et la livraison des campagnes d'affichage.

Compétences recherchées :

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devrez avoir :

  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Suite Office, logiciels de gestion d'événements).
  • Connaissances en communication, événementiel, marketing ou design.
  • Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et de gestion du temps.
  • Bon relationnel et sens de la communication.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer les imprévus.
  • Créativité et sens du détail.
  • Flexibilité et disponibilité (travail en soirée et week-end possible).
