MissionDiscover Your Responsibilities
Autonomously manage the production of your workshop according to priorities, respecting quality, cost, and deadline criteria, as well as hygiene and safety conditions. Manage direct material and human resources within your perimeter.
Manage a team (team animation, meeting animation, recruitment interviews, annual reviews, feedback...) and participate in defining objectives for your perimeter,
Adapt human and technical resources according to production planning (charge/capacity analysis),
Follow and facilitate the resolution of production difficulties by soliciting support functions,
Analyze production data or indicators and implement corrective actions if needed,
Anticipate and adapt team skills according to production needs (training or polyvalence needs). Be the primary contact for various technical and support services regarding workshop resources (human, equipment, production organization),
Ensure compliance with discipline and safety rules, regulations, and operating procedures.
Highlight Your Strengths
A graduate in production management, a first experience in production management would be appreciated.
Location of the mission: Rhône-Alpes region, Radiall sites in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier.
