Our state-of-the-art technology is suitable for personalized medicine, and our platform can generate cohorts of healthy subjects and/or patients to analyze the response to therapeutics based on non-genetic factors such as age and/or sex.
Our mission is to provide innovative drug discovery tools to support drug development by pharmaceutical industries, and companion diagnostics to treat better each patient.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our national and international development by promoting and selling our new product and its service activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze our market segmentation and sub-segmentation to identify new business opportunities
- Lead, plan, and develop the sales activity of the company to achieve sales targets
- Organize selling campaigns of GenuineSelect-TOX (product + service activity) to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Design, enforce, and continuously enhance our sales process to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage the business relationship with our customers and maintain good relationships for long-term perspectives
- Manage a budget and provide reliable forecasts to inform business decisions
- Contribute to build and animate PredictCan Biotechnologies community by generating contents, and by sharing experiences
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team by providing market needs and feedback from customers
- Participate to events and conferences to promote the company and the products
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in the preclinical market ecosystem
- Experience in human 3D preclinical models (culture + testing)
- A portfolio of customers who are working on drug discovery (lead optimization, lead characterization, DMPK, ADME, Tox,...)
- Previous experience with complex and long-term deals (regulatory & non-regulatory) with big pharma & biotech
- Experience in launching a new preclinical product + service on the market
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Dynamic and convincing with high negotiation skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Fluent (oral & written) in English is a must. A good level in French is also expected.
