We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Colas France - Territoire Sud-Est. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for developing our client portfolio, strengthening our market presence, and contributing to the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Portfolio Development: Utilize your expertise to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform your sales strategy.
- Business Development: Leverage your network and relationships to drive business growth and identify new revenue streams.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of sales projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial development, preferably in a technical environment (ideally within the construction industry).
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data to inform sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Autonomy and self-motivation to work independently and drive business growth.
